In WorkBook you can protect your account by adding two-factor authentication.  

This means, when active you will need a mobile device in addition to your password to log on to WorkBook. 

To enable two-factor authentication: 

1. Go to **my settings > login settings**
2. Press the button stating: **enable two-factor authentication**

## MOBILE AUTHENTICATION APP

It is recommended to use [Microsoft Authentication App](https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/security/mobile-authenticator-app).

- From your smartphone, open the **Microsoft authentication app**
- On the upper right-hand corner > click the  ➕  **icon** to add a new account

- On the next screen, select the option **‘Other’**

- Then use your phone to scan the **QR code** below

- After you are done registering the account, you will find the new account as per the screenshot below
- Click on the **account** to get the authentication code and sign in
