You can create many reports from the **jobs** module > **jobs list** simply by changing the **jobs list view** field. **Job list #7** gives an overview of all jobs with price quotes attached, highlighting status and potential revenue amounts.

## HOW TO RUN JOB LIST 7
- Go to the **jobs** module > **jobs list** > **filter** your jobs list according to what you want to see in your report e.g. client/client group and project
- Click **apply**
- Once the job list has been filtered change the job list to **price quotes overview (7)**
- Your job list will reformat to **WorkBook’s price quotes overview (7)**

## EXPLANATION OF JOB LIST 7 DETAILS
There are a number of columns that can make up job list 7 - here is a break down of the column headers and their definitions.

| **COLUMN NAME/S** | **DEFINITION** |
| **Client** | The client the job belongs to |
| **Project** | The grouping, campaign or project this job belongs to. It comes from the Project field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Job No.** | WorkBook job number |
| **Job Name** | Indicates the name of the job |
| **Job Created** | Date the job was created |
| **Delivery Date** | Indicates the job’s delivery date. It comes from the Delivery Date field in the job properties sidebar |
| **End Date** | Indicates the job’s end date. It comes from the End Date field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Reference Key** | The reference key field is sometimes used as part of the implementation process when jobs are imported into WorkBook. It comes from the reference key field in the job properties side bar > job finance settings |
| **Billable** | There will be a tick in the field to indicate the job is billable |
| **Company** | The WorkBook company the job belongs to |
| **Company Currency** | Default currency of the WorkBook company the job belongs to |
| **Approvers** | Shows the people who need to approve the price quote and their individual approval status |
| **ATT Person** | Comes from the Client Contact field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Project Manager** | Indicates the project manager assigned on this job. It comes from the Project Manager field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Account Manager Initials** | Indicates the account manager assigned on this job. It comes from the Account Manager field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Price Quote Title** | Taken from the Price Quote Title field in the Price Quote Header |
| **Probability Percent** | Probability percentage taken from the probability field in the Price Quote Header |
| **Price Quote Responsible** | Taken from the Responsible field in the Price Quote Header - defaults to the person who created the Price Quote |
| **Approval Status** |

| **Display Currency ** | The displayed currency of the current user
> 📝 All the other currencies created/incurred on the job will be converted into the user’s displayed currency using the rate defined under the exchange rate tables.

> 📝 This is only for displaying purpose. WorkBook still maintain the original currency value set on the transaction. |
| **Gross Amount** | Total of approved Price Quote excluding Tax |
| **Net Revenue Amount** | Gross Amount minus total purchases on approved Price Quote |
| **Contribution Margin Amount** | The Net Profit from the Price Quote (PQ Net Revenue minus Price Quote Internal Cost) |
| **Weighted Gross Amount** | Gross Amount x Probability percentage |
| **Job Type** | Comes from the Job Type field in the job properties sidebar |
| **Quoted Required** | Indicates if a Price Quote is required when changing job status to 'In Progress' |
| **PQ Created** | The date the price quote was created |
| **Created By** | The person who created the price quote |

Job list 7 contains many details for your retainer reporting purposes. Use the **modify grid** functionality to configure job list 7 to suit your agency’s retainer reporting process.
