You can create many reports from the **jobs** module > **jobs list** simply by changing the **jobs list view** field. **Job list #6** shows a visualisation of job/s in a gantt chart format based on the start and end dates of tasks in the job’s schedule.

## HOW TO RUN JOB LIST 6

- Go to the **jobs** module > **jobs list** > **filter** your jobs list according to what you want to see in your report e.g. client/client group and project
- Click **apply**

- Once the job list has been filtered change the job list to **gantt view (6)**

- Your job list will reformat to **WorkBook’s gantt view (6)**

## EXPLANATION OF JOB LIST 6 DETAILS

| **NUMBER** | **DETAILS** |
| --- | --- |
| **1** | A list of jobs based on the job’s list filter, grouped by client |
| **2** | Expanding the job show’s you the name of the schedule/s linked to the job |
| **3** | Start date and end date of the job in this view is dependent on the start date of the first task on the schedule and the end date of the last task on the schedule |
