There are a number of reasons why you may need to create **non-billable jobs** in WorkBook. By default, internal jobs and jobs created against client type ‘prospect’ will automatically default to ‘non-billable’, and jobs created against client type ‘client’ will default to ‘billable’.

User permissions may restrict access to create non-billable jobs to certain access roles.
