The **task card** is used to access and store information specific to each task. It is accessed by selecting a task and clicking on the **task settings** icon.

The task card is broken into multiple sections. The key sections usually used are:

| **1** | **Basic Settings**:<br>- **task colours** can be set
- a task can be set as a **milestone**
- a task can be **blocked for time entry** |
| **2** | **Chat: **can be used to communicate with other team members on the estimated hours and task details |
| **3** | **Briefing: **a task brief can uploaded and commented on here |
| **4** | **Time Entries: **shows a detailed view of all time entries made against the task |
| **5** | **Task Log: **shows an audit trail of every change made to the task |
