**Price quotes** in WorkBook can be created in a number of ways, one method is take an existing quote and copy it to another job.

## COPY PRICE QUOTE FROM ANOTHER JOB

- In the **jobs list** > select the **job**
- Click on the **price** icon

- Click **create new** button
- In the **create new price quote** pop-up box
  - enter a **Title**
  - in the **Copy from** field select **price quote another job**
- Click **ok**

- Select the **job **and **quote **you wish to copy
  - use the **client** field to search for other clients
  - use the** filter** if you only want to select from approved price quotes
- Choose your **copy options**
  - these are the details you want to copy onto your new quote
- Add any **additional configurations**
  - for example, if selecting a quote from a client with a different price list/rate card, you would want to check **update prices to match the current price list** to ensure that client agreed rates are used
- Click **ok**

- The quote will be copied into the current job, depending on the copy options and configurations you have selected
- Go to the **Lines **tab to review the quote
- From here you can edit, add or delete line items as necessary
