The scheduling > schedule overview > **weekly schedule** view allows you to review resources by percentage booked, hours booked, hours available or expected revenue for time booked. Great for assessing the capacity of groups of resources, with the added bonus of allowing you to drill down into the detail of what each employee is working on.

## ACCESS THE WEEKLY SCHEDULE

- Go to the **scheduling** module > **weekly schedule**
- Use the **filtering** options to include/exclude data accordingly and set the date range

- Colour coding within cells alerts you to capacity issues so you can move hours accordingly
  - <span style="color: #36b37e">**Green**</span> = Booked on a job “in progress”
  - <span style="color: #ff5630">**Red**</span> = Overbooked
  - <span style="color: #ffc400">**Yellow**</span>** **= Booked on a job in “quotation”
  - <span style="color: #6554c0">**Purple**</span> = Booked on an inactive schedule

## REVIEW AND CHANGE BOOKINGS

- Open the **booking details** panel to see the jobs, tasks and number of hours a resource is assigned for the period

- From the **booking details** panel, you can:
  - Create a new task
  - Add an existing task
  - Add absence
  - Move a task to another resource
  - Add more resources to selected task
  - Remove resource from selected task
- There are tool tips for each icon
