## TYPES OF EXPENSES

There are two types of expenses in WorkBook:

- **Job expenses** - belong to a job and should be attributed as a cost of delivering that job, i.e. purchases you have made for a job, such as taxis, travel or accomodation.
- **Overhead expenses** - these expenses can not be attributed to a job and are an internal cost, i.e. purchases such as staff entertainment, software or office supplies.

When you enter and submit an expense you are required to select the expense type. If it is a job expense you will select and assign it to an existing job.
