WorkBook 14.0 introduces **AI-driven project schedule generation** through the new **Schedule Assistant**, powered by Dela™ AI. This allows project teams to create draft project schedules from natural language prompts, helping reduce the time spent building task plans manually and giving teams a faster starting point for campaign, website, launch, or delivery schedules.

## How to Set Up the Schedule Assistant

Before users can start generating AI-assisted project schedules, the Schedule Assistant must first be enabled and configured by an administrator.

The setup is managed at company level, allowing each business to decide where the feature should be available and which users should have access.

- Go to **Settings > Company Settings > AI Features**.
- Select the relevant **Company**.
- Scroll to the **Schedule Assistant** section.
- Select **Enable this Feature** to activate the Schedule Assistant.

- Optionally, complete the company context information in the upper section of the AI Features page, such as: company narrative, target audience/customer segments, countries of operation, primary market size and business scale, and tone of internal communication. This can help the Schedule Assistant generate more relevant, company-specific schedules.
