In WorkBook you can amend the layout of individual price quotes to only display the information you want the client to see by amending the **print and layout settings**.

## AMEND PRINT & LAYOUT SETTINGS

- Go to the **print and layout settings** icon
- Select the items you wish to display on your price quote
  - Phases: to show or hide the phases and phase prices that are entered under tab ‘Phase’ of the Price Quote
  - Activity Lines: to show or hide the details are entered under tab 'Lines' of the Price Quote
  - Other layout details: to show or hide the other details such as decimal, billing plan, GST (or VAT)

- Layout: to select the layout if you have a custom layout that should be used when generating the estimate
- Watermark: to select the watermark if you have a custom watermark that should be used when generating the estimate
- Language: to select the language you want to generate the estimate
- Attachment: to select the document(s) that you want to generate together with the estimate.

## REVIEW AND PRINT PRICE QUOTE 

*To review the price quote client-facing output:*

- Go to the **reports** icon
- Select **price quote (348)**
- Click on **view report as PDF** icon. The resulting PDF will reflect the print and layout settings selected.

> ℹ️ The language, currency, layout and watermark are only for reviewing under this report menu. To change these settings, go back to the ‘Print & layout settings’ mentioned in the section above.
