**Invoices** in WorkBook can be created in a number of ways, one of the easiest methods is to create it from the approved price quote/s on the job. You can invoice 100% of the price quote/s or invoice a portion of the price quote e.g. 50% and the percentage will be split across all activities.

## CREATE AN INVOICE FROM A PRICE QUOTE

- In the **jobs list** > select the **job**
- Click the **invoice** icon

- Click **create new** button
- In the pop up:
  - Select **invoice type**
  - Insert correct **invoice date**
  - In copy data from select **price quote from the current job**
- Click **ok**

> ℹ️ In this example we have chosen to create an ‘invoice on account’ and copy from 'price quote from the current job’. If you wish to create a different type of invoice or create an invoice from any other means, please refer to the specific articles.

- Select the **price quote** you wish to copy
- Choose your **copy options**:
  - Price header (including currency)
  - Phases & Activities
  - Comments
- Check any **additional configurations**
- The you can either add a **percentage** to invoice, or

- Choose a $ **amount to transfer**
- Click **ok**

- Based on your **selected criteria**, the price quote will now be copied into your invoice
