The scheduling > schedule overview > **capacity status graph** allows you to review current and future capacity on a grand scale. Great view for quickly accessing the capacity across different departments and easily see tentative bookings, hours booked, on-hold bookings as well as absence entries.

> ℹ️ This graph should be considered by management, project managers and creative services.

## ACCESS THE CAPACITY STATUS GRAPH

- Go to the **scheduling** module > **capacity status graph**
- Use the **filtering** options to include/exclude data accordingly and set the date range

*To make the filter stay on screen, press the unpinned icon to turn it into a pin icon. *  
*Otherwise, it will close as soon as you move your mouse away from the filter. *

## UNDERSTAND THE COLOUR CODING

- Most colours are reused throughout the system which explains why some of the colours feel familiar. Hours are displayed as followed:
  - <span style="color: #ffc400">Yellow </span>= Booked on a job in “quotation”.
  - <span style="color: #006644">Green</span><span style="color: #36b37e"> </span>= Booked on a job “in progress” with a billable job status.
  - <span style="color: #36b37e">Light Green </span>= Booked on a job “in progress”  with no billable job status.
  - <span style="color: #97a0af">Gray </span>= Booked on a job “in progress” with an inactive schedule.
  - <span style="color: #ff5630">Red </span>= Overbooked
  - <span style="color: #4c9aff">Blue </span>= Free capacity, calculated based upon filter options.
  - <span style="color: #ff991f">Orange </span>= Absence and holiday capacity.

## REVIEW FUTURE CAPACITY

Understanding the available capacity is an important task. To do so, you can make great business decisions in regard to capacity.

- Filter options make it possible to choose a monthly, weekly or daily view
  - The filter options also support drill-down functionality such as teams and employee types among others
