The revenue forecast is locked from the **finance & administration** module > **GL** > **revenue forecast**. The locking of a revenue forecast is usually managed by finance or operations, depending on your agency process.

## LOCKING THE REVENUE FORECAST

To **lock** the revenue forecast for further edits: 

- Click on the **revenue forecast options menu **>** **selecting **review actions **
- Then select **approve all & lock entire RF**

- In the **pop up** > click **yes**

- The status colour has now changed to **dark blue (finalized)** to indicate that the revenue forecast is completely **locked for editing**

- Every line item contains a **padlock** icon, also indicating that no further changes can be made
