This report shows all the Price Quotes within the range of jobs selected in the filter and includes their values. Can be used to calculate average net margin on range of price quotes.

> ✅ Tip: This report brings data in based upon the jobs filtered within the jobs list. Always check your job filter before filtering further when running the report

## NAVIGATION

With your **jobs filter **set up to show the jobs you want to report on, in the **jobs** module:

- Go to the **reports** icon > select **price quote list (89) **from the drop down

## SET REPORT CRITERIA

- **Include price quotes with status: **The statuses of price quotes to include.
- **Show NR and CM columns: **Tick to show the quoted net revenue (gross profit) and contribution margin columns
- **Group by (1 or 2): **Select the dimensions to group and sub-total the data by
- **Sort jobs by: **Orders the jobs by name, number, end-date or delivery date

## VIEWING THE REPORT

- Go to the icons in the top right and select either:
  - View as a PDF
  - Export as an email
  - Export as a PDF, Excel, CSV file

| **NUMBER** | **COLUMN NAME** | **DESCRIPTION** |
| --- | --- | --- |
| **1** | **Client & Job Details** | Client, job number and job name |
| **2** | **End Date** | End date of the job |
| **3** | **ID** | Status of the job |
| **4** | **Status** | Status of the Price Quote |
| **5** | **Amount** | Total quoted sale value of the price quotes |
| **6** | **NR** | NR/Net Revenue (gross profit) = Total price quote sales less Estimated External Costs |
| **7** | **CM** | CM/Contribution Margin = Net revenue (gross profit) less Estimated Cost of Time and Materials |
